Top 5 places to go trampolining in London

30 November 2022

Trampoline parks have rapidly grown in popularity, and if you live in London, you are probably aware the capital has a lot of them dotted around to keep up with the ever-growing demand! But if you’re looking for a family day of bouncing fun, you might be wondering which ones are the best family-friendly trampoline parks? Don’t worry, we’ve done some research, and these are five of the best trampoline parks London has to offer for kids:

Oxygen-Free Jumping at the O2

Oxygen Free jumping at the O2 has something for everyone, including special jumping areas for the under-fives. Their “Little O’s” jumping sessions allow younger children to explore the trampolines just like the big kids but at their own pace and without the fear of being knocked over by an overzealous teen.

For bigger bouncers, the free jumping sessions provide the opportunity to bounce their hearts out and explore the whole venue in either a 60, 90 or 120-minute session. You can enjoy access to the main jump arena and the performance trampolines throughout the session. The venue has been well designed for everyone in mind, including Mums, Dads, Nans and Grandads!

Jump London

Jump London is London's newest indoor trampoline park. It is located in the heart of East London, situated within a 100,000sq foot multi-activity centre. The 30,000sq ft trampoline park is suitable for ages three and up. Jump London offers timed open jump sessions with access to twelve jump zones, including a level jump zone, activity zone, game zone and a giant slide. For little ones, they offer little jumpers sessions which are specially reserved for little ones aged six months to five years with a supervising adult.

Flipout, Brent Cross

Flipout is one of the best-known trampoline park brands in the UK. Their Brent Cross venue certainly won’t disappoint. With rows of trampolines and a dedicated area for mini-flippers aged five and under to enjoy a relaxed bounce, it’s suitable for all the family. As well as the traditional free jump zones, Flipout also has a fun laser maze and ninja bounce trail that the whole family can enjoy.

Zapspace, Stratford

Zapspace is another venue we can highly recommend for all the family, spanning over three floors of bouncy fun. As well as trampolines, there is also an impressive soft play on site. So your little bouncers can explore safely and freely while you can sit back on one of the comfy sofas and hopefully enjoy a hot coffee. If you are a parent of an under-five, they also run little zapper sessions, giving little ones their own time to explore the bounce area.

Sobell Leisure Centre

Situated in the heart of Islington, Sobell Leisure Centre features an extreme trampoline park that offers fun for all the family, including a fidget ladder, slackline and foam pits. The centre offers general jump sessions to burn off some energy, toddler bounce sessions and SEND jump sessions.

We think these are some of the best trampoline parks London has to offer, which will keep all the family happy. We hope you find the perfect location to bounce your hearts out.
